SANN is a Melbourne-based DJ whose selections are shaped by her deep involvement in Melbourne’s street dance and creative communities.
Originally transitioning from bedroom DJ to performing across Melbourne’s dance scene in 2024, SANN has since soundtracked all-style battles and events featuring internationally renowned dancers and judges. Alongside the dance floor, she has increasingly brought her selections into bars, art exhibitions and creative spaces, curating laid-back sets for slow days and easy nights.
Her sound moves through Hip-Hop instrumentals, boom bap, R&B and soul, with a touch of left-field and experimental sounds. Whether setting the atmosphere or soundtracking movement, SANN approaches DJing as a form of curation by connecting different sounds, spaces and moments through selection.
With experience across dance, nightlife and arts spaces, she remains open to exploring new environments and expanding her sound.
