Huich Goh

Huich is a Melbourne-based violinist who has evolved a unique, experimental playing style that is based upon her exposure to music across the world - gypsy, jazz, blues, folk, bluegrass, rock, post-rock, progressive rock, classical, Carnatic and Hindustanii classical music, Brazilian folk musics, Indonesian gamelan, Mexican music, and plenty more. 

Huich runs her own improvisation ensemble, Sahul Sakti. Her projects include the Paul Kidney Experience (psych/free jazz/rock/noise), Star/time (psych/free jazz), and She Weaves Grotesqueries (prog metal).

She appears with leading musicians, some being Afro Moses (Ghana), Yusupha Nghum (Gambia), the Booker prize nominee Jeet Thayil, the guitarist Luke Koszanski, the renowned graphic artist and musician Ari Jayaprakash (Kuru Circus and Orchestra), and the guitarist Peter Dickson.
