Max Lane

I'm a guitarist and songwriter with around 20 years of experience in rock and metal. Music has been a major part of my life since I was a teenager, and I've spent those years writing, recording, performing live and building bands from the ground up.

I've played in several original projects, including My Perfect Sorrow, Another Day Of Glory and Ksenon, performing across Ukraine and the CIS and sharing stages with established artists including Jinjer. I've also worked remotely with international musicians and have experience not only as a guitarist, but also with songwriting, arrangements, recording and developing songs into complete productions.

My musical roots are in emotional 2000s alternative rock, pop-punk, emo, post-hardcore and melodic metal, with a strong focus on memorable melodies, powerful vocals, atmosphere and energetic live performances. I'm interested in creating something with its own identity rather than simply copying existing bands.

Right now I'm building a new international band from scratch. The goal is a permanent group of committed musicians who want to create original music, develop a strong live identity, tour internationally and eventually make the band our livelihood. I'm currently based in Sweden, but geography is not a limitation - I'm open to musicians worldwide and willing to relocate for the right people and the right project.
