It makes you findable
Your selections become filters in the artists directory, so a producer looking for a vocalist can narrow the list down to artists who actually said yes to that.
Free on every plan
Every artist on Artist Kit already has a page. Collaboration turns that page into a way to be found — tell other artists what you're open to, what you can help with, and what you're looking for, and let the directory do the matching.
It is a discovery layer, not another section to fill in. You tick what applies, and it changes how you show up when other artists go looking.
Your selections become filters in the artists directory, so a producer looking for a vocalist can narrow the list down to artists who actually said yes to that.
No new section, no extra scrolling. Visitors see a small handshake icon next to your social links that opens your collaboration details.
One switch turns it on and off. Turn it off and your selections are kept but hidden — nobody can see them and you drop out of the filters.
The three groups answer different questions, so it is worth filling in more than one. You can pick up to 12 in each.
The opportunities you'd like to be part of — features and guest spots, co-writing, remixes, support slots, B2B sets, gig swaps, touring.
What you bring to someone else's project. Vocals, guitar, production, mixing, mastering, photography, video — whatever you can actually deliver.
The skills and people you need right now. A drummer for the live set, a mixing engineer for the EP, a videographer for the next single, band members.
You can pick up to 12.
Three minutes in your settings panel, and you're in the directory.
Step 1
In your page settings, find Collaboration under Account. Turn on Open to opportunities.
Step 2
Work through the three groups and tick what genuinely applies. Being specific beats ticking everything — the artists who find you should be the right ones.
Step 3
Your selections go live in the artists directory straight away, and the handshake icon appears on your page.
Every tag is a filter. Here are some of the most common places to start — or open the directory and combine filters with genre and city.
No. It is available on every plan, including Free. There is no limit on how long you stay listed.
No. Collaboration never renders as a section. Visitors to your page see a small handshake icon at the end of your social links, and it opens a dialog with your collaboration details. Discovery happens in the artists directory.
Tags come from a fixed list so that a filter always matches an offer — if one artist wrote "mix engineer" and another wrote "mixing engineer", searching would miss half the people. If something you need is missing, there is a link in the Collaboration settings to tell us.
Up to 12 in each of the three groups. Fewer, more specific tags usually work better than filling every slot.
Only while Open to opportunities is switched on. Turn it off and your selections are kept for next time, but nobody else can see them and you no longer appear in the collaboration filters.
The directory only lists artists who have finished onboarding, set at least one genre, and filled in their About section. Check those first, then make sure Open to opportunities is switched on and saved.
Through your page, the same way a promoter or a journalist would — your contact section, your booking email, or your social links. Collaboration points people at you; the conversation happens on your own terms.
Create your page, switch on Open to opportunities, and start showing up in the searches that matter.
