Your brand on the link
Share yourname.com everywhere — bios, flyers, booking emails — with no mention of another platform.
Pro feature
Point a domain you own at your Artist Kit page so fans, promoters, and press see your address — yourname.com — instead of ours. Here's what it is and exactly how to set it up.
By default your page lives at artistkit.co/yourname. A custom domain lets it live at an address you own instead — like yourname.com or music.yourname.com. Same page, your brand on the URL.
Share yourname.com everywhere — bios, flyers, booking emails — with no mention of another platform.
Nothing about your page changes. The custom domain simply becomes the front door; artistkit.co/yourname keeps working too.
An SSL certificate is issued for your domain automatically once DNS is set up — no extra steps, no renewals to manage.
Buy one from a registrar like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Squarespace (formerly Google Domains) if you don't have one yet.
Custom domains are part of Pro. You can upgrade anytime from the editor.
You'll add two DNS records where you bought your domain. We show you the exact values to copy.
The whole process takes a few minutes. DNS changes can take a little while to propagate, but SSL is handled for you.
Step 1
In your Artist Kit editor, open the Domain section. On a Pro plan you'll see a field to connect a domain.
Step 2
Type the domain you own (for example www.yourname.com) and connect it. Artist Kit then shows the exact DNS records to add.
Step 3
Copy the A and CNAME records into your registrar's DNS settings. Follow your registrar's guide below for step-by-step instructions.
Step 4
DNS changes usually take a few minutes. Once they propagate, your page is live on your domain and SSL is issued automatically.
Connect your domain in the editor first, then add these two records at your registrar. The apex A record is the same for everyone; your www value is unique to your site.
The A record points your bare domain (yourdomain.com) at Artist Kit. Use 216.150.1.1.
Your www value is unique to your page — copy the exact value shown in Settings → Domain. It looks like a string of letters and numbers followed by .vercel-dns-016.com.
Both records make www.yourdomain.com and yourdomain.com work. SSL is issued automatically once DNS propagates — usually a few minutes.
Pick where you bought your domain for exact, click-by-click instructions.
Using a different registrar? The records are the same everywhere — add the A and CNAME records shown in your editor to your provider's DNS settings.
Yes. Custom domains are a Pro feature. You can upgrade from the editor, then connect your domain in Settings → Domain.
After you enter your domain in the editor, Settings → Domain shows the precise records to add. The apex A record is 216.150.1.1 for everyone; the www CNAME value is unique to your page, so copy it from there.
DNS changes usually take a few minutes, though they can occasionally take longer. Once they propagate, your page goes live on your domain and an SSL certificate is issued automatically.
Yes. Your page stays available at artistkit.co/yourname even after you connect a custom domain.
