Garland of Hours formed in Washington, DC in 2000 when Amy Domingues began performing her keyboard and cello-based songs with a rotating cast of friends, including Brendan Canty (Fugazi, Messthetics), Jerry Busher (Allscars, Shadow Riot), Brandon Butler (Boys Life, Canyon), and Mary Timony (Helium, Ex Hex).
